This market resolves to the team which is officially declared the 2026 FIA Formula One World Constructors’ Champion at the conclusion of the 2026 Formula 1 season. Resolution will be based on the official final World Constructors’ Championship standings as published by the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile) and/or the official Formula 1 website. If any discrepancy arises, the FIA’s official classification will take precedence.
The winning outcome will be the constructor listed in first place (P1) in the final confirmed Constructors’ Championship standings after all races of the 2026 season have been completed and any investigations, penalties, appeals, or reviews affecting the championship outcome have been resolved. If two or more teams are tied on points, the FIA’s official tie-breaking procedures will apply. The team officially declared champion by the FIA following application of tie-break rules will be the market winner.
If the championship result is modified due to penalties, disqualifications, or appeals before the FIA officially confirms the final standings, the market will resolve according to the revised official result. Changes occurring after official confirmation and market resolution will not alter the outcome.
If the 2026 season is officially canceled, abandoned, or if no official World Constructors’ Champion is declared for 2026, the market will be voided and all positions refunded.
The market concerns the teams themselves. Driver changes, substitutions, or mid-season transfers do not affect eligibility; points accumulated by a team across the season count toward their final championship total.
