The price of Brent Crude Oil for this market shall be defined as the daily closing price of the August 2026 futures contract (symbol AUG26), as reported by ICE and available at:

https://www.ice.com/products/219/Brent-Crude-Futures/data?marketId=6018418&span=1

This market will resolve to Yes if, on any date up to and including June 29, 2026, the closing price of the AUG26 Brent crude futures contract is $80 per barrel or lower. Intraday prices will not be considered for the purpose of market resolution.

Otherwise, the market will resolve to No.
